1. Academic Excellence

Objectives:

·         Upgrade curriculum to align with NEP 2020 and global educational standards.

·         Encourage interdisciplinary and experiential learning.

·         Promote faculty development through workshops, FDPs, and research incentives.

Actions:

·         Curriculum revision committees for each department.

·         Host at least 3 national/international seminars or conferences.

·         Provide digital tools and LMS support to modernize classroom delivery.


2. Research, Innovation & Collaboration

Objectives:

·         Cultivate a research culture among faculty and students.

·         Foster industry-institute collaboration and interdisciplinary research.

Actions:

·         Establish a Research & Innovation Cell.

·         Encourage publication in peer-reviewed journals.

·         Partner with 3+ industries/institutions for MoUs on internships, research, and training.


3. Student Development & Support

Objectives:

·         Provide holistic development opportunities beyond academics.

·         Strengthen career guidance and placement activities.

Actions:

·         Launch skill development and soft skill training programs.

·         Organize career fairs and internship drives.

·         Establish a Student Mentorship Program.


4. Infrastructure & Digital Transformation

Objectives:

·         Upgrade physical infrastructure to support modern learning.

·         Implement robust digital systems for academic and administrative efficiency.

Actions:

·         Renovate classrooms into smart classrooms.

·         Expand library resources (including e-journals and databases).

·         Develop a centralized ERP system for administration.


5. Inclusivity, Equity & Community Engagement

Objectives:

·         Ensure equitable access to education and resources.

·         Enhance the college’s role in societal development.

Actions:

·         Scholarships and support for economically disadvantaged students.

·         Regular NSS/NCC-driven community outreach programs.

·         Collaborate with NGOs on literacy, health, and environmental projects.


6. Governance & Quality Assurance

Objectives:

·         Strengthen institutional governance, accountability, and transparency.

·         Achieve better NAAC/NIRF rankings.

Actions:

·         Create Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) plans with regular audits.

·         Conduct annual feedback from stakeholders (students, parents, alumni).

·         Submit progress reports to affiliating/university bodies and accreditors.
